The Anderson MacGyver team, consisting of approximately 50 people, is a close-knit group of both senior and junior professionals. Our culture is focused on engagement and development. We organize weekly sessions, workshops, quarterly days with all the countries and an annual teambuildingtrip abroad. Furthermore, we have an IP-based culture, which means that we continuously use and develop our intellectual property based on academic research, market insights and our practical experience. Every Friday we organize an Interactive Friday: a day when we all get together in our office to share knowledge, inspire each other, and think about new developments in the market, our services, clients, and projects. We continually develop our individual knowledge and abilities to become better consultants and people; this is key to our sustainable performance.
